What you are buying

Online access to a six module preparation programme about working in the Western Australian resources industry, plus a progress passport. It is preparation and training material only. We are not a recruitment agency, we do not place you in jobs, and we do not promise you a job, a roster or any income.

Not immigration advice

Nothing in the programme is immigration advice. Visa, tax and training rules change. Check current requirements with the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Taxation Office and the relevant authority, or speak to a registered migration agent, before you act.

Price and access

One payment in pounds sterling. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Access is for you only and must not be shared, copied or resold. We may update modules at any time to reflect rule changes.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because you ask for immediate access to digital content, you agree before paying that you lose that right once access starts. This does not affect the refund promise in our Refunds page or any rights you have if something is faulty or not as described.

Conduct

Be respectful. The programme includes cultural material about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and Country. Use it to learn, not to mock.

Liability

Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not let us limit. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Decisions about travel, work and money are yours.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales unless your local consumer law gives you stronger rights where you live.
