Refunds

The promise: work through the whole programme. If there is nothing in it you did not already know, email us and we refund you in full. No form, no conditions, no argument.

How to ask

Email TODO support email from the address you paid with. We refund the full price to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes a few working days to show it.

What it is not

It is not a refund because you did not get a job, a visa or a roster. We never promised those and nobody can.

After a refund

Access to the members area ends when a refund is made.

Your legal rights

This promise sits on top of your legal rights and does not replace them. Because you agreed to immediate access, your 14 day cancellation right was waived as set out in the Terms. That waiver does not affect your rights if something is faulty or not as described.
